Are you a Multiskilled tradesperson looking for a new challenge?

Property Care, part of Midland Heart is looking for Multiskilled Operatives to join our Maintenance Team. You will be required to diagnose, undertake and complete repairs in both tenanted and empty homes to a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. We also carry out refurbishment works, such as kitchens and bathroom replacements.

We operate within the central region of Midland Heart, this covers Birmingham and parts of the Black Country.

We offer a competitive salary with an uncapped bonus scheme, a company vehicle for business use and power tools. We encourage and support training including NVQ and CSCS cards. We also offer a company pension scheme.

You must be able to demonstrate your ability by your work experience; also you will be assessed throughout the interview process and during your probationary period.

Knowledge of site safety is essential as well as following safe working practices.

You must be comfortable with modern technology as the use of electronic devices is a requirement.  You must hold a current UK driving licence.

You will be required to work 39 hours a week, plus out of hour rota.
