We are now recruiting for a Senior Finance Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all financial accounting and ensuring the Financial Statements of Midland Heart are compliant with current accounting standards. The Senior Finance Accountant will liaise with external auditors, ensuring all workings and explanations are provided where necessary, while also liaising with other finance staff and other departments to ensure any issues raised are resolved as timely and efficiently as possible.
The role includes line management of two employees, and the successful applicant will need to ensure the development of staff are appropriate, and encourage career progression.
All successful candidates will be subject to a Disclosure Barring Service check and costs will be met by Midland Heart.
