An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planning and Resource Manager to join the Customer Service Team.

As a Planning and Resource Manager, you must be effective with resource planning, forecasting and staff optimisation using relevant Workforce Management systems (Open Wave preferred but not essential) and Microsoft Office to include advanced Excel capability.  You will assess, plan and schedule staffing levels within the Customer Service Centre to ensure efficient use of resource and the delivery of excellent service.

The successful individual will have conceptual awareness, be outcome focussed, able to define causes of business problems and develop effective solutions to them by applying a systematic and analytic approach. They will also consciously consider and choose the most appropriate means of influencing to reach a specific outcome through effective working relationships for the long-term benefit of the organisation.
