We’re committed to becoming one of the most efficient providers of affordable housing and community investment services. Part of Midland Heart’s mission is to “create opportunities for individuals to realise their full potential”. Supporting people to have as much independence and control in their life runs throughout everything we do at Midland Heart, regardless of people’s age.

Do you believe in supporting people to be as independent as possible through maximising their confidence, ability and motivation? We would encourage you to promote a customer centred approach to support planning and service delivery in line with corporate strategic targets. You will also be administering medication, as training will be provided.
