The Role
Building relationships is at the heart of what we do. So it’s no surprise we’re so passionate about our people. After all, they’re just as passionate about the communities we serve.
We’re committed to becoming one of the most efficient providers of affordable housing and community investment services. And while we exist to put customers first, create opportunity and enthuse our customers, we also strive to create an ambitious, inclusive place to work, where we recognise that every single one of us makes a difference.
We are looking for a self starting individual with the ability to distil the underlying picture from complex situations with the personal credibility to deliver pragmatic working solutions. Knowledge and experience of using analysis skills are essential, and some experience of project management would be beneficial.
You will deliver IT Solutions in the widest sense so that the underlying business objectives are achieved and result in real improvements to customer service and cost efficiency. As a member of the IT team, you will contribute to the overall development of the department’s work, suggest improvements and come up with solutions that deliver great services to the business teams and on to Midland Heart customers.
Therefore if you have the ability to devise and deliver innovative solutions, and that you are a strong and organised leader with the ability to motivate and inspire, then we would like to hear from you. In return, we offer a generous reward package and opportunities for management development.
If you are a disabled candidate and require a hard copy pack or a different format, for example large print, please contact the HR department on 0845 850 1020 ext 6555.
Please do read the role profile before you begin your application. CVs will not be considered, so please complete the application form in full.
Midland Heart aspires to be a digital organisation that minimises its impact on the environment. Wherever possible, we will conduct transactions digitally rather than by paper and ask that current and future employees share this commitment. Where required, we will support colleagues to be digitally enabled.
