This is an exciting opportunity to join Midland Heart, as we embed our programme of change to ensure we remain Fit for the Future. We are seeking for exceptional individuals to lead our newly formed Housing Management Teams.
We have a Housing Management Team Leader vacancy in our People, Place and Customer Hub team.
Our Customer Hub aims to deal with as much as possible of our customers enquiries at the first point of contact, whether this be on the telephone, in person or online.
Our Place team are responsible for ensuring our properties and schemes are places where people want to live both now and in the future. We do this by ensuring our places are safe, clean and well maintained.
Our People team are responsible for dealing with complex issues relating to behaviour and the tenancy. This includes anti-social behaviour, safeguarding, other tenancy enforcement and detecting and preventing tenancy fraud.
