The Role

Building relationships is at the heart of what we do. So it’s no surprise we’re so passionate about our people.

We’re committed to becoming one of the most efficient providers of affordable housing and community investment services. And while we exist to put customers first, create opportunity and enthuse our customers, we also strive to create an ambitious, inclusive place to work, where we recognise that every single one of us makes a difference.

We are a large, financially strong Social Housing and Care provider with ambitious plans including a large property acquisition and disposals programme. We are looking for an experienced property lawyer to offer legal advice regarding a range of property matters.  This role will involve the provision of legal advice and the carrying out of a range of transactional work.

If you are an experienced property lawyer with the ability to handle a high case load, with excellent interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.  In return, we offer a competitive reward package and flexible working options.

Interviews will be held on Friday 21st October.

If you are a disabled candidate and require a hard copy pack or a different format, for example large print, please contact the HR department on 0845 850 1020 ext 5940.

Please do read the role profile before you begin your application. CVs will not be considered, so please complete the application form in full.

Midland Heart aspires to be a digital organisation that minimises its impact on the environment.
