The Role
Do you want to work for an organisation that makes a real difference to the communities that we support? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Dialler Income Officer to join our Income Department at Bath Row.
Working as a Dialler Income Officer at Midland Heart you will be required to support the Rent Payment Officers by being the first point of contact for customers via telephone, email an SMS with low level arrears. Once the arrears have been raised then you will be responsible to generate outbound calls to follow up rent arrears and return all customer calls within an agreed timescale.
We are looking for people who:
- Are committed and customer focused
- Who has experience in negotiating and collecting debt/arrears
- Are able to offer outstanding customer service whilst achieving set targets and timescales.
- Be able to work using own initiative to resolve problems and have excellent organisational skills.
- Are knowledgeable in welfare reform and have experience in collecting rent
