The Role

Midland Heart Inclusion Services provide support to individuals who have experienced homelessness  by providing quality accommodation with a comprehensive package of support . The services work with individuals who may present with substance misuse issues, mental health issues, offending behaviour, history of self harm, behavioural issues, physical health needs, mild learning difficulties or vulnerability due to lifestyle/age.

We are currently recruiting for Night Support Workers who can contribute to the provision of high quality housing related support services for all customers. The successful applicants will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of customers and the building, and delivering support and guidance to customers. You will also be responsible for keeping all communal areas of the building clean and tidy.

We are looking for individuals who have previous experience working within homelessness, mental health and /or substance misuse services, and has the passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people. You must have a good working knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and the ability to maintain the health, safety and security of both the customers and the building.
