The Role
We now have fantastic opportunities for Care and Support Workers to join our Extra Care scheme at Lime Gardens, Cradley. You will be working within our Older Persons Services, offering person centred care and support to customers based on their individual risk and needs assessment and care and support plan, both devised with the customer to promote choice, independence and empower them to live a fulfilled and active life.
You will be responsible for assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support the customer’s health and wellbeing. You will also be participating in the schemes activity planner, providing a range of social activities to our customers.

The current positions that are available to apply for are:
- 1 x 21 hours = Permanent Offer
- 1 x 35 hours = Temporary Offer for 12 months
