The Role

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Reception/Night Concierge Worker to join our team at Lord Street, Wolverhampton. The service supports a wide range of client groups. You will be working primarily with people with physical disabilities and visual impairments but also includes a wide range of customers with acquired brain injury, Asperger’s, learning disabilities and mental health needs.

You will be required to:

  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors, customers and telephone queries.
  • Provide support to customers which may include personal care when needed.
  • Maintenance and protection for the safety and security of the premises.

We are looking for people who have the:

  • Ability to understand and follow customer’s individual care and support plans and risk assessments.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment including carry out domestic tasks.
  • Ability to support customers in an emergency.
  • Ability to understand, follow Midland Hearts policies and procedures and ensure awareness of rights and responsibilities.
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written.
