The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide a maternity cover for the role of Operations Manager within Supported Living Services. The purpose of the role is to provide effective management, leadership and support to our teams within Supported Living Portfolio.
The successful candidate will work within our policies and procedures, and uphold the values and ethos of the organisation. Their role will be to ensure that all support is provided to customers appropriately in line with Midland Heart and contractual requirement whilst addressing cultural, complex and challenging needs
We are looking for you if you:
- have an understanding of the underpinning legislation, research networks and good practice in the areas of homelessness and social exclusion.
- have experience of managing and supervising both a fixed and dispersed workforce
- have experience of contract management
- have experience of budget setting, monitoring and evaluation of service.
