The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our Princethorpe Court Retirement Living Scheme based in Coventry (CV3 2SJ).

The Role

As a Team Leader, you'll have a highly rewarding role within our Older Persons Services, providing a range of person centred care and support to customers - promoting choice, independence and empowering them to live a fulfilled and active life. Joining our team, you’ll be responsible for a range of care delivery including assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support customer health and wellbeing. Every customer is different with varying support requirements - you can therefore expect to deliver a range of care plans, some of which may involve personal care.

Our Team Leaders are also expected to participate with the day to day running of the scheme in the absence of the manager and promoting the scheme's services within the local community.

The Person? We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, who has a passion for delivering a very high quality of care. Must have a solid understanding of the CQC domiciliary care standards.
