The Role
Our driven social housing development team is seeking a Trainee Project Manager to play a key role in delivering against our ambitious target of developing 600 new homes per year, over the next 5 years.
You’ll demonstrate excellent negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders, whilst developing and maintaining integral professional relationships with key project contacts, including Consultants and developers. You’ll work closely with the Development Construction team to ensure a smooth handover.
This is a unique opportunity to further develop your knowledge and experience of the post contract stage of housing development in a supportive environment, whilst working towards a Level 4 Associate Project Manager qualification.

Our ideal candidate? Given the ambitious nature of this role, we require a focused and passionate Trainee Project Manager who enjoys working in a very fast-paced, challenging but ultimately rewarding role and organisation. You should ideally have a relevant housing or construction qualification, related to the housing association sector, or have equivalent experience of working in a development or property related role.
You’ll be able to demonstrate your excellent organisation and prioritising skills, working to deadlines and building effective working relationships with internal and external partners to deliver required goals and objectives. All of which will be important to both your learning programme and future career success in project management.
