We now have an opportunity for a Care and Support Worker to join the team at Alexandra House. As a Care & Support Worker, you will be working within our Older Persons Services, offering a person centred care and support to customers based on their individual risk and needs assessment and care and support plan, both devised with the customer to promote choice, independence and empower the individual to live a fulfilled and active life.

You will provide customers with a quality service to maintain their independent lifestyle.  You will be responsible for assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support the customer’s health and wellbeing. You will also be participating in the schemes Activity Planner, providing a range of social activities to our customers. 

We are looking for a dedicated individual with first class communication with a real passion for delivering high quality care. We can provide full training to the successful candidate.
