The Role

We have a great opportunity for a Resource Planner to work within the Property Care Team, based in our Head Office in Birmingham.. This is an opportunity to join Midland Heart's in house maintenance team ‘Property Care’ who provide responsive and void property repairs to over 18,000 properties within the Midlands North and Central regions. We are looking for an individual who can show care and consideration for our customers and can deliver the work to a high standard.

The quality of our staff is the foundation to our performance and success. So, if you are motivated, ambitious, customer focused and skilled in Resource Planning with prior experience of working with Total Repairs, Opti-Time, Northgate and have good knowledge of the National Housing Federation Version 6 Schedule of Rates and want to work within an exciting team environment that encourages you to shape the services we deliver this role could be for you.  The Property Care team at Midland Heart has gone through a significant period of change in the past 4 years and this role is crucial to helping us to fulfil our mission to “become the leading in-house maintenance provider in the country by 2020”.
