The Role
We have a great opportunity available for a Contract Delivery Surveyor to join our growing In-house Maintenance Team. You will be operating in the Central, North, and South Midland Regions, so being able to travel across a sizeable patch is essential. This is a key role in ensuring that our homes and repairs service in the region are nothing less than first class.
You’ll work closely with our contractor partners to ensure that work completed under contracted maintenance services comply with current regulatory/legislative requirements and that key performance targets are achieved for respective contracts. Experience in managing the out sourced labour is key. You’ll also undertake quality site inspections across our stock portfolio. including developing key performance indicators, reviewing the supply chain and external contractors to ensure best value and quality is achieved and exceeded at all times.. Importantly, you’ll work as part of the wider team to guarantee that our customers are provided with a seamless and high level of customer care in every aspect of the service delivered.
Our ideal candidate? You’ll hold a recognised building related qualification and / or relevant expertise demonstrated through significant work experience. We’re seeking a technically strong individual with the knowledge of quality standards, building regulations, contractor management and planning requirements needed to identify building defects and their remedies. You’ll have experience writing concise reports using a range of IT packages. Joining a people focused organisation, you'll also have a customer-focused approach to your work.
